The story reimagines the legendary adventures of the 10 brave warriors assembled by the warlord Sanada Yukimura in the year 1600, in the middle of Japan's tumultuous Sengoku (Warring States) era.

Usually, it takes me two episodes of an anime to get me going but for Brave 10. It only took one. That’s amazing, really. Although I don’t know what makes it special. I mean the story’s kindaaaa niiice… but it reminds me a whole lot of Hakuouki: Shinsengumi Kitan. It has this sengoku era feel to it. There are a lot of samurais, ninjas and eye candies. Haha! The art is kinda iffy for me because although the guys are pretty cool, the art also makes some of the girls look too masculine…? Kind of close to being a man already with boobs. The animation of the anime is exceptional, especially the battle scenes. It’s very fluid and clear. By clear I mean that the anime doesn’t have this choppy feel to it whenever it shows battle scenes. The battle scenes are absolutely lovely. I think, aside from the eye candy bishounens (pretty boys) in the anime, I watch this show just for its animation. Haha!
If you guys are a fan of samurais, ninjas, traditional Japanese culture, epic battle scenes and pretty boys then you should try this anime out!
Here’s a PV as usual to get you guys goiiiing. :D
